This website is operated by Inside Out Auto Detailing. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the two operators for this detailing service. Inside Out Auto Detailing offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing a service from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by the previous hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any Services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our services, or when you cease using our site.  If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our services.  You have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. 

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.  A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Document Procedures

Section 1 - Documentation Procedures for Quality Assurance

We will do our best to preserve the physical condition of the vehicle and take measures to prevent scratches, dents, or any other defect during the job process.  We will record many pictures and videos of each vehicle in detail before starting a job.  The documentation is for our protection and showcase the results of the job.  Before starting a job, we record and document all dents, scratches, stains and any other defects to prevent customer reasoning that we caused them.  We also record all sides and sections of the car as well as everything on the inside in order to hold us accountable for the quality of our detailing service.

Payment and Pricing

Section 3 - Payment and Pricing

On this website, there is no form of payment, so we require payment either before or directly after jobs.  This website is simply to advertise our detailing services in one place and offer an additional way of communication between us and customers.  Prices for our services are subject to change without notice.  Failure to provide appropriate payment may result in termination (See Termination Policy or Payment Disputes).  For any reason, we reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service without notice at any time.  We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Payment Disputes

Section 4 - Payment Disputes

Payment disputes may differ from case to case, but a solution needs to be resolved by the customer or pay the full price within 10 days of the job where both parties can agree, but if a solution is not prevented or paid full price after 10 days, the customer will be terminated with no contact for future jobs (See Termination Policy).  The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. 

Customer Termination

Section 5 - Customer Termination

We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.  We will do our best job and have the upmost patience and respect from the beginning, however, certain circumstances will result in customer termination and blocked contact.  These possible circumstances as listed are including but not limited to (1) refusing to pay in a reasonable time frame despite repeated reminders and attempts to collect payment (See Payment Disputes); (2) repetitive disrespectful behavior despite attempts to negate this behavior; (3) last minute cancelation (See Cancelation Policy); (4) unreasonable demands or high expectations that can't be met with the business; and (5) damages to our equipment despite warnings and attempts to prevent it.  The reason we need to terminate customers is to maintain a safe and respectful work environment.  When termination occurs, we shall not be liable for discontinuing the service even if it's during a job.  After termination, all attempts from the customer to contact us will be unsuccessful.

Cancelation Policy

Section 6 - Cancelation Policy

To cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice with any contact means.  Contact us by sending an email, calling one of us, or submitting or of the many forms on this website by visiting our contact information page).  Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may cause termination.  If a customer needs to reschedule their appointment, we will do our best to accommodate their request. However, we ask that they provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.  In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we will provide at least 24 hours' notice and work with the customer to find a suitable alternative appointment time.

Reproduction and Copyright

Section 7 - Reproduction and Copyright Policy

By using the Service, you agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of it or any contact on the website, unless you have received express written permission from us.  This provision is in place to protect our intellectual property and prevent unauthorized use of the Service. Please note that the headings in this agreement are provided for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect the terms and conditions outlined in these Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms carefully before using the Service to ensure that you understand your rights and obligations.

User-Generated Content

SECTION 8 - Submission and Use of User-Generated Content

We welcome your comments and suggestions, but please note that if you choose to send us any specific submissions or creative ideas, proposals, plans, or other materials (collectively referred to as 'comments'), you agree that we may use them without restriction in any medium.  This includes the right to edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and otherwise utilize the comments you provide us, whether or not we have specifically requested them.  Please understand that we are under no obligation to keep your comments confidential, compensate you for them, or respond to them.  Additionally, while we may choose to monitor and edit content that violates our Terms of Service or infringes on intellectual property rights, we are not obligated to do so.  By submitting comments to us, you acknowledge and agree that we have the right to use them as we see fit.  We appreciate your feedback and suggestions, and we strive to provide a safe and respectful environment for all users of our Service.
